So many of you have followed me through the years and still continue to enjoy my blog. I’m so honored to have you here as I continue on my positivity and martial art journeys.

A New Journey – Music!

I wanted to announce my new endeavor – Original lyrics and songs of love, resilience and personal growth. They are true to the same genre of positivity work I’ve done for so many years, from blogging, to writing greeting cards, and authoring books. I’ll be rolling out several new songs in the coming weeks!

It’s been a long wait. I wrote my first song at ten years old, strumming an inexpensive guitar and pouring out love songs from my kid’s perspective. Over the years, my music and lyrics grew with me and includes love songs as well as themes of resilience and personal growth.

I’ve always seen music as a way to connect, to lift, and to make the world just a little bit better.

Collaboration with AI

For a long time, I didn’t have anyone to collaborate with—no one to help shape the sound or bring the music fully to life. Now, with the help of AI tools, I can finally do that. Every song is still my writing, my voice, and my vision. I sing the foundation of each track, and AI helps me complete the vocals using my own recorded tone and inflection—like a digital harmony with myself.
